We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Production typically takes 12–18 business days, followed by 5–8 business days for shipping. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 17–26 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders requiring customer confirmation, customization, or revisions may require up to 2 additional business days.

Yes. Our products are designed for convenient installation and can be assembled by most customers with ease. Most products can be assembled within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the size and complexity. Since our furniture is made from solid wood, some larger pieces may be quite heavy, so we recommend having additional help during assembly when needed.

Yes, we do. We offer personalized design solutions to better match your space, preferences, and specific requirements. Please contact our support team within the first 48 hours after placing your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible with customization requests.

Yes. The wood is carefully treated before production to improve durability. After finishing, each item is coated with a protective spray layer. We also pack every product with care to help reduce exposure to moisture and mold, which can contribute to termite-related issues.

Our furniture is made from 100% solid wood and crafted individually for each order. Depending on the design, structure, and selected finish, our workshop commonly uses solid Monkey Pod, Russian Oak, or Ash. We choose the wood based on both appearance and suitability for the piece, and we can confirm the recommended option before production.

All of our solid wood furniture is made to order. After an order is placed, it is assigned to one of our production workshops in Vietnam or Singapore, depending on current production volume and workshop capacity.
Once production, inspection, and packing are completed, the furniture is shipped directly to the customer in the United States.

Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture, direct sunlight, and excessive humidity. Using protective pads under heavy or hot objects can also help preserve the wood finish over time. With proper care, solid wood furniture will age beautifully for years to come.
