Shipping Availability

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
We may expand to additional regions in the future as our business continues to grow.

Shipping Fees

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
There are no hidden charges, all applicable costs will be clearly shown at checkout.

Made-to-Order Production & Processing

Orders are typically produced and prepared within 10–18 business days, from Monday through Friday.

Orders requiring customer confirmation, customization, or revisions may require up to 2 additional business days.

Our daily order cut-off time is 2:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5–8 business days.
Shipments are handled Monday through Saturday.

Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather disruptions, carrier delays, or transportation issues.

Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx to ensure secure and dependable delivery.

For added peace of mind, all shipments are insured. If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you promptly.

Tracking Information

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

If you do not receive a tracking email, or if your tracking number does not update correctly, please feel free to contact us. We will be happy to assist and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Unexpected Delays

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than the estimated timeframe. This can happen due to delays with shipping carriers, local postal services, or other factors outside our direct control.

If your package appears to be taking unusually long to arrive, please reach out to us. We will do everything we can to help and provide support where possible.
